Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you submit the assessment form on this site, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, property address, the types of work you select, and any notes you add. We also collect standard technical data (such as page visited and a spam-prevention score from Google reCAPTCHA) to protect the form from abuse.
How we use it
- To review your property's fire hazard zone status and prepare your free assessment.
- To connect you with a CSLB-licensed contractor who serves Malibu, which is the purpose of this site.
- To send you the assessment-related follow-up you requested. We do not add you to unrelated marketing lists.
Who we share it with
Your submission is shared with the licensed contractor who will perform your assessment, and with the service providers that operate our form processing and analytics. Disclosure: this network's operator also owns a fence contracting company, and fence inquiries may be referred to it. You are never obligated to use it. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising and analytics
This site may use the Meta Pixel and similar measurement tools to understand how visitors find us. These tools may set cookies. Form submissions may be reported to advertising platforms as conversion events using a random event identifier, not your personal details beyond what those platforms' standard tools collect.
Your choices
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information. To exercise them, call (213) 279-1931 or submit a request through the assessment form noting "privacy request."
Data retention and security
We keep lead information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Transmission is encrypted in transit.
Changes
We will update this page when practices change and revise the effective date above.
